At the time of writing- 1st Feb- the flying field at Clifton has become muddy and slippery for vehicles, especially near the gate. This is due to the recent wet and cold weather. One member got their car stuck and needed some assistance to get going again. As a result, members are advised not to drive onto the field until the situation improves. It is suggested that you travel there light, park up in the nearby road layby and carry your gear onto the field.
